The Daily Offerings
38 Now this is what you shall offer on the altar: two lambs a year old regularly each day. 39 One lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer in the evening; 40 and with the first lamb one-tenth of a measure of choice flour mixed with one-fourth of a hin of beaten oil, and one-fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering. 41 And the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, and shall offer with it a grain offering and its drink offering, as in the morning, for a pleasing odor, an offering by fire to the Lord. 42 It shall be a regular burnt offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before the Lord, where I will meet with you, to speak to you there. 43 I will meet with the Israelites there, and it shall be sanctified by my glory; 44 I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar; Aaron also and his sons I will consecrate, to serve me as priests. 45 I will dwell among the Israelites, and I will be their God. 46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt that I might dwell among them; I am the Lord their God.

The Altar of Incense
30 You shall make an altar on which to offer incense; you shall make it of acacia wood. 2 It shall be one cubit long, and one cubit wide; it shall be square, and shall be two cubits high; its horns shall be of one piece with it. 3 You shall overlay it with pure gold, its top, and its sides all around and its horns; and you shall make for it a molding of gold all around. 4 And you shall make two golden rings for it; under its molding on two opposite sides of it you shall make them, and they shall hold the poles with which to carry it. 5 You shall make the poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with gold. 6 You shall place it in front of the curtain that is above the ark of the covenant,[a] in front of the mercy seat[b] that is over the covenant,[c] where I will meet with you. 7 Aaron shall offer fragrant incense on it; every morning when he dresses the lamps he shall offer it, 8 and when Aaron sets up the lamps in the evening, he shall offer it, a regular incense offering before the Lord throughout your generations. 9 You shall not offer unholy incense on it, or a burnt offering, or a grain offering; and you shall not pour a drink offering on it. 10 Once a year Aaron shall perform the rite of atonement on its horns. Throughout your generations he shall perform the atonement for it once a year with the blood of the atoning sin offering. It is most holy to the Lord.

The Half Shekel for the Sanctuary
11 The Lord spoke to Moses: 12 When you take a census of the Israelites to register them, at registration all of them shall give a ransom for their lives to the Lord, so that no plague may come upon them for being registered. 13 This is what each one who is registered shall give: half a shekel according to the shekel of the sanctuary (the shekel is twenty gerahs), half a shekel as an offering to the Lord. 14 Each one who is registered, from twenty years old and upward, shall give the Lord’s offering. 15 The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less, than the half shekel, when you bring this offering to the Lord to make atonement for your lives. 16 You shall take the atonement money from the Israelites and shall designate it for the service of the tent of meeting; before the Lord it will be a reminder to the Israelites of the ransom given for your lives.

Proposition One: Exodus 29:38-42 explains a daily ritual which happens for all generations of Israel.
Proposition Two: The ritual happens twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.
Proposition Three: In modern English terms, "morning" and "evening" refers to a long stretch of time before noon and midnight. but Lord Jesus uses a parable about clouds being red in the morning and evening at Matthew 16:2-3.
Proposition Four: From Lord Jesus' point of view, the daily lamb flour, oil and wine (lamb, bread, wine) sacrifices were prescribed through Moses to occur at a very particular and codifiable time of day.
Proposition Five: The 4D duration of civil Twilight" is for 20 to 30 minutes after the sun is hidden below the horizon in Evening, and 20 to 30 minutes before the sun is above the horizon in the Morning. the 20 or 30 minutes depends on the season.
Proposition Six: There is 30 minutes for an "exodus 29-39 style" sacrifice to occur.
side-note: King Saul, the king of Israel before David was considered for kingship, is remembered for loosing his anointing by Prophet Samuel and Prophet Nathan, because King Saul offered sacrifices impatiently without waiting for Samuel to come and offer sacrifices which he would do correctly by Oral Tradition and skills of the trade. King Saul offers sacrifices and then only does Samuel arrive from his long journey, so at the end of the day while there is still light to walk, arrive, prepare and perform the sacrifices, is the sacrifices already over.
Proposition seven: When the question of "why at this time" arises with respect to Torah, i suggest we can look at the 4th day of creation because of the time is the 4D and fourth day asks for a 4D context to assess things.
Proposition eight: the fourth day of creation describes the orbits of the heavenly stars and planets and sun and moon being set, or observational astrophysics.
Proposition nine : "civil twilight" is mathematically peculiar time of Earth's heavenly motion, as civil twilight , to the observer (the sacrifice altar) aligns with the yearly orbit of earth around the sun.

Proposition ten: A rocket's nozzle experiences propulsion, because of Newton's third law, where as the particles push against the rocket in order to leave the rocket's system as expulsion, that push against the rocket pushes the rocket (in the vacuum of outerspace) . While today's atheists would deny this to you citing how the Jet propulsion system works (by forcing fuel outwards) the "Ion Drive" which is functional, works in the manner described.
Proposition eleven: I would suggest that any particle regardless of how small, if it has mass, it produces Newton's third law, that is to say a collision and reflection occurs depending on the contours of the faces of the impacted bits. so even a tiny fire is effectuating Newton's third law against some (Altar) surface.
Proposition Twelve given Proposition 11 is true, then every time a fire is lit upon a surface, that surface's body (i.e: the earth) experiences forces with regards to the vacuum of outerspace.
Proposition Thirteen any "measurably negligible" force acting upon the altar by fire or otherwise, would produce a resultant vector which is perpendicular(straight down) to the surface of planet Earth.
Proposition Fourteen If the force acting upon Planet Earth, occurs on the surface of earth, at noon, then the Earth would get pushed away from the sun (elongating the orbital distance).
Proposition Fifteen If the force acting upon planet Earth, occurs on the surface of Earth, at midnight, then the Earth would get pushed towards the sun (shortening the orbital radius).
Proposition Sixteen At Morning or Evening, "civil twilight" to be exact, any "negligible" force acting upon the surface of planet Earth pushes the Earth in the direction it was already traveling around the sun, speeding up and slowing down the motion of earth around the sun in the same direction within the duration of one day.
Conclusion one given Proposition four, and proposition eleven, and proposition 16, we can see that the Sacrifice which occurred at any time during the Davidic Kingdom, but explained properly through Lord Jesus in Gospel of Matthew, allows cooking of meat and bread and wine, without jeopardizing the helical orbit of earth around the sun.
